Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days, using a tracked Royal Mail service.

Orders typically arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please note: The Seasonal Subscription is delivered in line with the equinoxes and solstices, and follow a different delivery schedule.

Gifting

Every order is carefully packed in our signature linen bags, ready to gift. No pricing information is included, so your order can be sent directly to the recipient.

If you’d like to include a handwritten note, you can add your message on the product page.

You can also leave any delivery instructions (e.g. where to leave the parcel) in the order notes at checkout.

Returns & Support

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.
