Orders & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive? Plus

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, orders are sent via a tracked Royal Mail service and typically arrive within 1–3 working days.

Can I send a bundle directly as a gift? Plus

Yes - all of our bundles are designed to be sent directly. They are beautifully wrapped in our signature linen bags, with no pricing included.

Can I include a handwritten note? Plus

Of course. You can add your gift message before adding the bundle to your cart. We’ll handwrite it on a complimentary note and place it inside the front pocket of your gift bag.

Do you offer next day delivery? Plus

We offer express shipping at checkout.

Do you deliver internationally? Plus

Yes - we deliver worldwide. Shipping options and delivery times are shown at checkout, so you can choose what works best for you.

Currently we don't sell gifts individually.

Each bundle is carefully wrapped in our signature reusable linen gift bags, designed to feel like a quiet, considered moment to open.

No - we never include pricing or receipts, making it perfect for sending directly as a gift.

Can I send multiple gifts to different addresses? Plus

At the moment, each order is sent to a single address. For multiple recipients, please place separate orders or get in touch for support.
