Will each delivery include a personalised gift note?
Your handwritten message will be included in the first delivery. For each bundle that follows, we include a simple, thoughtful note to guide them in enjoying the gifts - creating a gentle, ongoing gesture across the year.
Will the contents be the same each time?
No - each bundle is completely new and curated around the energy of the season. While the structure remains consistent, the products and theme will change with each delivery.
What kind of items are included?
Each bundle includes four carefully selected pieces - typically a blend of aromatherapy, something to sip or savour, a self-care product, and a considered item to keep.
Do I pay per delivery or upfront?
The Seasonal Subscription is a one-off payment (£240.00) for the full year of four deliveries. Each bundle is then sent automatically at each equinox and solstice - no need to reorder.
Can I change the delivery address for future bundles?
Yes - just email us at least two weeks before the arrival of your next seasonal bundle and we’ll update the delivery details for you.
Can I request changes to my seasonal bundle or state my preferences?
Each seasonal bundle is carefully curated as a complete set, designed to reflect the mood of the season. If there’s something you don’t use (for example coffee), you’re welcome to leave a note at checkout (just click the pen icon in your cart). Where possible, we will do our best to swap this for a similar item within the collection.
